I cut a sound perfectly where there is no silence what-so-ever. Tested it in Audacity and Winamp with the loop feature one, no silence at all except when I open it in AudioMulch, it has an audio delay as if it was trying to reload the sound file when it came to looping at the end, adding a delay of silence.
Any help?
Could it be my crappy computer?

Hi. Are you playing it with a LoopPlayer? Do you have the Stretch checkbox enabled? :-)
I have the Stretch box unchecked to fit with the temp like this one tutorial said, and yes it is a generated loopplayer.
If the stretch checkbox is unchecked then you need to make sure that the AudioMulch tempo exactly matches the tempo of the loop, otherwise you will get the glitch you describe.
Without the stretch checkbox checked, the loop will start playing at the start of the bar, but if it finishes early (or is longer than the specified bar length) then you will get a gitch.
So, either fine tune the AudioMulch tempo, or check the Stretch checkbox and you should be able to create a glitch-free loop.
