To accelerate the process of automation could:
- a shortcut like ctrl+D (or other) change de cursor from arrow to cross (or other), then clicking everywhere on vertical axis of a track in the timeline creates a point on the automation line. No need to aproach the line to add a point.
- a vertical zoom and the possibilty to group and hide tracks. Then, you can work with viewing only the tracks you are working on.
- a copy of a group of automation points be pasted on aonther track with the same start (same time in timeline).
they would be nice features,
thanks
Thanks for the feedback,
I think this one is already possible:
> - a copy of a group of automation points be pasted on aonther track with the same start (same time in timeline).
Maybe I misunderstand. How is this different from the current cut/paste?
And, thanks for your question.
I mean that in the automation window, I could not copy for example a selection from 2'30 to 5'30 ( from one or several tracks), in which there is automation points and then copy them to (one or many) other tracks from the exact timing of 2'30. Then my points have the same "timecode" in every track.
I hope I am clear.

Sorry no I'm still confused. As far as I understand what you're asking is quite possible. Parhaps I don't understand.
Can you explain what you have tried, and why it doesn't work?
If you're having trouble setting an exact insertion point you can turn snapping on, that might help.
