Try jack and midi sync. At least on my mac, this works well. I used this to sync up/route renoise output (technically the VSTs are sitting in renoise, but that's not important) to audiomulch and it works very well. Unfortunately, there's a tiny bit of extra latency, so it's not perfectly ideal if you are recording live drum parts, but for sequencing, it's awesome.
I think there's also a windows version, but I haven't tried it yet.

If you mean: capture a DC control signal from an analog sequencer, convert it to MIDI to feed a VST plugin then no, AudioMulch cannot do that out of the box. You might be able to find an audio-CV to MIDI plugin that will work as the missing link, but I can't suggest one.
My bad, I misread that as analogue-style sequencer... yeah, I suppose that would require a PD patch or something along those lines to convert the signals. In principle, it seems like it shouldn't be too difficult if you just want to convert audio to note data. If you want to set up some sort of sync, that might be harder.
