Hello!
No it hasn't been addressed. [Edit: no one has even reported it. If anyone else has this issue please let us know]
Is this only related to using the Fireface? Does AudioMulch crash when you select built in audio in the AudioMulch preferences?
Can you please email me any recent AudioMulch CrashReporter logs to rossb@audiomulch.com that would be helpful. Here's how to find them:
- Run the Console app (you can find it at Applications/Utilities/Console)
- In the tree in the left column navigate to:
LOG FILES > ~/Library/Logs > CrashReporter
- You should see some AudioMulch crash logs there. You can right-click or control-click on them and choose Mail to email them to me.
You could also try this new build which fixes some other issues:
http://www.audiomulch.com/downloads/am204_beta4_mac_20100427_2339.dmg
If you do, let me know how it goes.
Get back to me with answers to the above and I'll try to work out what's wrong.
Thanks
Ross.
I just got a Firestudio Mobile. I'm seeing constant crashes when making changes to the audio i/o settings. Also I keep losing audio output. Built-in works fine. Ross, I will send a crash report.
In Kevin's case we've traced it to a problem using the Firestudio for input and Soundflower for output. This may be a more general problem using different audio interfaces for input and output.
I'm still waiting for more details from the OP to try to resolve their problem.
Thanks, Ross.
